Alright so I'm alone this weekend again, and I actually have it off, I went and got two shirts and a pair of work pants, so now I don't have to hand wash my only pair of pants every second day, same with the shirt. :P got a white shirt and the other shirt I got was orange...kinda see through but I'll wear something underneath it of course. I have to remove the tags from the back...the white shirt I don't know if I can because of how it is sewed on...its just a straight stitch right across the whole back of the shirt so I'm unsure if I can make it look invisible like I usually do. I don't think its worth risking wrecking my only other work shirt now. Though the orange one isn't a work shirt so I'm going to pull off the tags, that and it helps I know what I'm doing with that shirt. Anyways, enough talking about clothing.
Van's warped tour!! Haha! I'm so excited! It will be some serious fun...something that is long over due. Ashley's coming up with one of her friends, and were all going together. might rent a hotel room together and then just party it up in there before and probably after, then a week after that I'm going to be going camping and then two weeks after that hopefully some of my coast friends will be coming down for the week and then it'll be fall...and then the depression will set in, but definetly some great memories and hopefully some great pics!! haha!

city...wtf?!!!?!
Alright so I'm back and able to write more! woot! My day was slow at work...until the last hour of course then it all went busy and I had to leave. Made several mistakes, but its alright, pretty sure Ill make up for them no worries ^.^ One thing Im pretty sure of is that the people I work with are interesting. I cant wait to get paid though. Pay Donald the rent I owe and mom the phone bill...hopefully a bit extra if I can spare it, to help her out. :L unfortunately its not always easy to send her money, but I try to as much as I can. ANYWAYS...just a question out there in cyberspace, provided anyone has actually found it... Why are people so damn ignorant of each other in the city?
I seriously would like an answer. I mean stupid is one thing blatant jack ass actions that have had nothing to provoke them...I would really like an answer, its retarded how people treat each other. Maybe Ill get used to it but I really hope not. Well I'm out, Id appreciate any response.

Well the stampede was interesting. Way too many people and too expensive. For what we did for what it cost...I am almost tempted to say we should have stayed home. Though the cotton candy, the mini doughnuts were pretty awesome. Then there was the real reason why we went; to see state of shock. They're a band from Vancouver. Their songs are great... I wish that I wasn't so tired though. Got up at 730 and have been on my feet until midnight non-stop save for the half hour break for work....and it'll probably be the same thing tomorrow. I don't doubt it. it just wont be for quite as long. Work tomorrow, get off at 730 again...thank gods. and then I come home sleep...thats pretty much the agenda. Anyways I went on my first ferris wheel and I was scared all to hell. Most likely from the lack of sleep...I feel so tired as Im writing this so Ill give more details later on maybe sunday....My apologies...

Back
We went to Donald's hometown (on Saturday and came back on Tuesday) and went and I helped his mom paint her bedroom and he helped his dad fix the ford...by the way this ford isn't any normal ford, actually this ford is a 1970's its got the whole air horn, dukes of hazard feel to it. Unfortunately its really sick. Most of the valves on it have seized up, she has to have them taken off of the block and rebuilt. but other then that shes good. Except that the rods are bent to hell though...like majorly bent all to hell they're supposed to be straight...they look like someone bent them into a really super loose 'S'. But those will be replaced, and she shall live again, and by then hopefully i can prime her and give her a new paint job...the last guy should've been punched in the face or hit with a freaking shovel for the monstrosity he did to that classic. instead of painting it to make sure it looked sharp he freaking used tape how sick. Yup and in two years Steven will be a mechanic and hopefully I will be an auto-body painter. Maybe we will open a shop together 'Kyle's garage'. (Because thats where I will be working out of ironically. Our friends garage, we don't own our own place.) and Steven can move up from living really far south and live near us, that would make Donald so happy cuz they're really close :P .
So basically I've basically decided what I want to do. I want to be an auto-body painter. Yeah...I know that office jobs are not for me at all...so why force myself? I got in touch with a few people, and they told me even though I have some trouble differentiating colour that I should still go for it, Which I am, Donald's behind me 100% he said. That alone makes the difference. I have to start surfing forums and such and get some books on it. They should help. I'm going to be doing that later tonight. Preferably when he's home, he's got more knowledge on the good people on the SM forums (Supra Mania) that and I can't get in unless I have a supra, I don't so I need his user name and password :P. The one thing I do know about this line of work is that reputation is everything. So screwing up would be worse than in a normal job. I know I can do it though lol. Just depends on if I can get good at it. Anyways I gotta go, this place needs to be cleaned.

YAY!
So I got the job! Whoot! Well, Starbucks sounds like its a great place to work...They're not all corporate based. They have the right mentality, take care of the employee's and they'll defiantly take care of your business. If you want to adopt they'll pay five grand of the bills, up to five attempts. Health care is payed for, after 3 or 6 months...Shawn wasn't sure, but he said after a year of working there they give you stocks. Depending on how long you've worked for them depends how much you get for going back to school, that and what your taking...You also get a pound of coffee or tea for free every week. Pretty cool, even if i don't drink coffee tea will be nice, especially for these cold Canadian winters :P We get 30% off of whatever we buy as well. AND the cooperate guys from the top acctually come and talk to YOU and get YOUR OPINION! That was probably the most impressive thing, next to the adoption assistance. It's a large company but its got a small company feel to it. I like that.
My dinner party thing went well. Ryan thinks I should be a cook, lol. He wants to get in contact with a guy named Kyle who works in a four star resteraunt and is the only person in S.A.I.T.'s history that got 100% on the cooking exam, If he would take me on as an underling.Which would be awesome! I figure as long as its during the evening and not the day then I should be able to make it without much of a problem. Anyways I have to get ready for my last night at Boston Pizza...thank gods!! lol I will let the manager know I'm not working anymore after tonight...I will be working mornings....cant do that and then go to work again at 5....especially when they are in two different parts of the city, the transit system needs a complete overhaul...but that wont happen until sometime next year the word is, so till then gotta have one job until I can get around better. oh well Im sure Ill scrape by! lol.

Todays going to be a slow day, I just know it...its like a feeling you get when you first roll out of bed, forget you finally have a bed frame and fall down off of the bed. :) But I don't feel so clutzy, Donald did it too. Today we are having people over for dinner today, I am pretty excited. Never done one of these get togethers to be honest. This being our first place and all.
The cool thing about this place is that three people live in the building, you can walk to the store and to work...The not so cool thing is that I don't think there is insulation in between the walls. Mainly because you can hear the people above you talking at a normal voice or the T.V. on. But aside from that and the uneven tile floor, best to wear shoes or socks lol. Its pretty nice, were just off of a major street and you can hear the gunshots sometimes, but not be close enough to actually get hit by one (or a few) of them. :P
So I have a job interview tomorrow for Star-bucks. (No I'm not in school, Thats what is TRYING to be done, its not going so well.) Maybe I can convince them to pay me 11 or 12 to start because of my experience, I don't know it couldn't hurt to ask. Right?
People here are all white collar and black pants...where as I am jeans and tight t-shirts, relaxed, but ready to work hard. I don't understand the reason behind judging how some ones dressed, on how they will do in their work environment. I understand that if you do not fit you just...don't. It's how it is...But I can probably work windows better then some employees that they've already hired. I don't have the office experience, I tried to go to the placement agency, and they told me that they couldn't take me. My math mark was too low. But when are you going to use math like the square root of 135 at reception? If you need to know it you'll have a calculator, the tests were stupid, using MS word with no shortcuts...like who does that once they know the shortcuts? it takes four times as long....same with MS excel. Though I was reffered there by a friend of mine, when I told the girl at front desk that I didn't have any previous office experience she cringed but still kept that never wavering fake plastered on by chuckey smile...That whole place is like something out of a nightmare. If later on I decide I want to try to get an office job again I'll go to another placement agency, not Friday Professional, thats for sure. I think I'll take my 27 rejection letters over going back in there. :) I forgot to mention, they were a last kinda ditch effort after the rejection pile reached 22. But I learned something valuable here, people don't want you if you don't have any work behind it, and trying to get it is almost next to impossible. So I'm not going to be looking for a receptionist job for a little while, I'll just work at BP and hopefully Star-Bucks. Who knows? Office work isn't for everyone, and maybe this is a sign saying "DO NOT ENTER BAKA-MON!" lol *baka-mon means idiot or stupid person.* Who knows? Anyways, I gotta get this place cleaner and better organized, this is my last day off before night shift again.
Thanks for reading
